It has come to our attention that the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency is in the process ensuring that all Division Managers are conforming to guidelines for managing 9163 Transit Operator sick leave usage. Your Union will take the necessary steps to ensure that the guidelines utilized by SFMTA are within the scope of Civil Service Rule 420, to include San Francisco Paid Sick Leave Ordinance, Administrative Code Chapter 12W.
